He is the chief controlling officer, drives and oversees the overall operations continuous renewal of key processes, systems and policies across the company in sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, quality assurance, and organizational talent management. Under his leadership, the company commenced its transformational journey.

He is instrumental behind setting up a strong team of human resources for the company in its success story. With his good inter-personal and managerial skills, he focus on business excellency and development, he has also played a significant role in shaping policy guidelines on matters relating to human resource management, business operations, and regular activities of this business. His dynamic initiatives in Surya Group have being pioneering for the industry. He took on the challenge of building the nascent retail business, focusing on process reengineering and scaling up distribution and taking the company to a leadership position in this business.

He joined the company in the year 1999 and since then he manages the functioning of the LPG Bottling plant and assists the Managing Director for the entire operations of the Company. He is a graduate in Bachelor of Economics, and before joining the business; he served the Army of India in its Border Security Force for about ten years.
