The approved storage capacity of our plant is 90 MT of LPG. Company has installed two bullets of 30 and 50 MT respectively having a total capacity of 80 MT at present. Bulk Liquefied Petroleum Gas received in tanker trucks unloaded and transferred to bulk LPG storage bullets using LPG compressor. Empty cylinders unloaded from LPG cylinder carrier trucks are thoroughly checked from defects and sent to filling station. LPG from storage vessels is filled to cylinders in the required quantity. All filled cylinders measured in electronic weighing scale for weight accuracy, and further tests are done for body and valve neck leaks in a water bath are part of ensuring safety to the customers. Sound cylinders, passed the tests are then sealed and dispatched to various dealers.
